Pendulum takes place in New York City—a tough, dark city hiding a metaphysical secret that would eventually turn a petty criminal into the most dangerous man on earth. Chance Navarro has a problem with the police, the gangs, the mob, his ex-wife... everyone. He’s a dead man walking until a mysterious artifact from another dimension called the Pendulum comes into his possession and gives him the power of invincibility. Protected by monstrous bodyguards called the Dark Guardians, from the Spectral Realm, he uses the Pendulum to finally get respect from the underworld and realize his nefarious dreams by committing profitable crimes—against other criminals. The Fang television series goes far beyond night stalkers, neck biting, bloodlust, and the Undead. It is a reinvention of vampire lore. The series is an adventure of discovery into the thirteen major vampire species and their mysterious cultures.

A crime story set in a cyberpunk inspired Emerald City of Oz, two hundred years after Dorothy and the Wizard. Now, a criminal mastermind controls the city, Terwilliger Lizzard alias "Big Lizzy". He is pursued by two detectives of the OPD (Oz Police Department), Ramond Bofat and Pendergast Dorsett “Pendy”, as he is known to a beautiful lounge singer named Sheba. She loves Pendy and Big Lizzy—torn between her feelings for the cop and the criminal. The three grew up together and were fast friends, but Lizzy became a gangster and got rich. Pendy knows he can’t compete with Lizzy’s money that keeps Sheba in luxury, but he’s woefully unaware he still has Sheba’s heart.
